Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy:

While our goal is to satisfy customers, we understand that won’t always be possible. If you would like to make a return, we’ll do our best to make the process as seamless as possible. These are our conditions for returns. Please read them carefully before contacting us at

  • For safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused or unopened products.
  • You’ll be responsible for contacting Givher within 15 days of receiving a product.
  • We’ll need to take a fee for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the returned item(s). 
  • We will accept returns on opened products if we made an error. Unfortunately, we can’t afford to refund items based on product aroma or personal preference.
  • If there is any damage to your shipment, or any missing items, please contact us ASAP so that we can help remedy the issue.

Please notify us before you ship your return back to us. It helps us track orders. We WILL NOT accept returns that are sent back without an issued return authorization number.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If an item is faulty (see definition below) or wrongly described, we will take corrective action, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

*Damaged or faulty items include unsealed bottles or damaged glass.

If somehow you've made an error after your order has been placed, please click here to contact us as soon as possible and we will see if we are able to correct it.

Unfortunately if you have entered the wrong address, moved or need to change a product variant after your order has been shipped, we will not be able to accommodate you nor offer you a refund.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. You may need to contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We ship to the address provided when you check out, so please verify that the information is accurate. Any returned orders will be reshipped at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All items must be returned within 15 days of product delivery. If more than 15 days have passed then no refund or exchange is available.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the all items will be delivered within the suggested time frame, even though we strive to do so. Please note that a late delivery cannot be a reason to request a refund.
